I'm using xxcopy with Win XP.  I keep getting files failing to copy.  I
tried using it in safe mode with dos prompt.  68 files failed

Using C:\xxcopy c:\ g:\ /clone/ff

I've also tried it not in safe mode, and 78 files failed to backup.

I tried closing programs in Task manager, processes.  While closing
programs, I clicked on a task that restarts windows.  So that ended up
restarting.

What files need to be running in Task manager if I want to close all of
them out, but keep using the computer.
