A search for that file anywhere on my PC finds nothing, and I have both
Communicator 4.04 and IE 4.01 installed. Was another application installed
about the same time? Did an install get aborted abnormally or lockup while
running? This can occur when an application (especially a 16-bit app) is
removed by brute force (deletion) and the system's file references remain in
place in SYSTEM.INI. Do all of your programs work as expected? If so, the
file probably is no longer needed.
