I think the guy is using a tool to hack your computer...

I know there is a little hack for ICQ which might let the hacker have access
to your messages.... its also possible he has sent your daughter a hack like
Netbus or B.O.

Here are some steps...

1. get a good virus killer like Dr Solomons, they detect stuff like B.O and
Netbus hacks on your computer
2. Get a firewall, something like Conseal (www.signal9.com) which is easy to
use and setup

And to be safe, delete ICQ off this machine completely and re-install a
fresh account on there, and tell your daughter never to accept files from
people she doesnt know, especially exe files, never ever take this files
from anyone!!
