Someone at work has this problem ... Anyone seen this before?

Every now and then she will click on the Find icon on the toolbar in Access
(the binoculars) and nothing happens ... no find dialog, no error message,
nothing.  If she tries the menu item for Find, the same thing happens.
Shutting down Access and reloading makes it work again for another couple
of days.  Other people who are using the same database file do not see the
problem.  Oh, Access 7.0, BTW.
