I started having a really weird problem in Outlook Express today.  I send out Devotions
with music to a list and add the midi to the stationery right in OE by going to
Format/Background/Sound.  I've been doing it the same way for over a year.  Now suddenly
something is setting the volume in the html source at  -9460  and the midi can't be heard
until I go into the source and change it to read 'volume=0'  which is what is always was
before.

What would make this change and how do I change it back???
