Greetings Robert & List--

I suspect these are default file types for exclusion. I can't address all of them, but DBX is a 'database index file' (Outlook Express used to use it, I believe), and I believe the same is true of MBX; BAK is typically an extension applied to backup files; ISO is the usual extension for an ISO image file (such as one would burn to a CD or DVD); TTF is the extension for TrueType Font files; and PST is the extension of MS Outlook's Personal Folders file.

Subject: [PCSOFT] AV file exclusions

My Spyware Doctor lists these file and IntelliGuard exclusions:
DBX, OST, MBX, DBT, BAK, ISO, TTF, PST.

Are they default - I hadn't entered them? Or did malware possibly enter them?

Which if any should I keep?

Thanks,
Rob
