What you want is a 16 bit browser. Try OPERA, they use to post a 16 bit
version. A few years ago, a surprising number of networks, world wide, were
still using WFWG 3.11. But if Opera doesn't  post a 16 bit version, then
you will have to use an old version of Netscape, as you are doing, and you
will just have to live without any of the new stuff, which you probably
can't support with your hardware anyway.

  I would suggest a Win95 upgrade, but I don't believe any 386 is fast
enough to run Win95. I once ran Win95 on a 486 DX33, with 16 megs of RAM,
and it was annoyingly slow, and I can't imagine going any slower, and doing
anything more useful then being a print server.
