Try this: In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced,
under Settings, Browsing, put a check mark in front of: Disable
Script Debugging.  (Worked for me.)
While there, you may want to "remove" the check mark in front
of:  Display a Notification about every script error.
