Either go into Control Panel, and choose Internet Options or from Internet
Explorer do Tools, Internet Options, then click on Programs, and under the
part for E-mail choose Outlook Express in the drop-down menu, and then
click on OK and then you Outlook Express should load when you click on an
email link.
