When the data is pretty much free-form like you have it above, this is not
an easy thing to do.  However, you can convert the data into a table in
Word and, once that is done, you can select all all the rows and columns of
the table, copy them and paste them directly into a block of Excel cells of
the same size.  The other thing you could do is to insert a character to
separate the data into the different items or make the columns fixed sizes
and then save the file as a text file that can be imported into Excel by
opening the text file as either a delimited or fixed-field file.
