What editing program are you using? How was this file created?
Typically, that's the kind of change that can only be made in the
original file using something like Photoshop or Illustrator. If you post
a copy somewhere we can probably figure something out, or re-create it
in an editable format.

I am working on a round badge which has writing within the outer border.
It is a PDF file but I can also work it in a JPEG file. The wording is
in two sections, on going from 10 o'clock to  2 o'clock and the second
going from 4 o'clock to 7 o'clock, if looking at a timepiece. My problem
is the lower writing is upside down. How can I reverse this please?
