I assume that you have the preview panel enabled when you select these
e-mails. If you turn off the preview panel, then you should be able to
select those messages without freezing the application. You could then try
to save the message to a folder or forward it as you had thought of doing.
Usually, any freezing has to do with the content of a message and it
requires the viewing of the message to cause problems.
Let us know if this is not the case and we can try some other direction.

I received 3 emails from my grand daughter, which supposedly are photographs
of her "Formal".
When I try to open them in Microsoft Outlook the computer "Freezes" and I h
then have to click the red cross "close" in the top right hand corner of the
screen quite a number of times before M/O closes down.
Then I have to re-open M/O to read the other emails I may have received.
I cannot delete, forward, save or do anything else with these 3 emails and
it is of course quite annoying.
