If memory serves me correctly, this is an old driver for a Mitsumi CD-ROM drive.
Check for that directory on your hard drive, and also a line in Autoexec.bat
that references the same _directory_ that is "rem"ed out. (This would confirm
what is "was"...)
Since the file is gone anyway, search your system.ini for that filename,
and put a   ;  (semicolon) in front of the line that contains it and save the
file when closing.
See if the error is gone.
If you have to go in the registry, write back to the list.
