Hi, Becky!
I can't speak as to how to remove all the residual files on Norton, but I
wanted to recommend an antivirus program that I have been using for about a
year now. I had Norton before and it was like someone had dropped syrup
into my CPU. Norton has so much garbage that it really slows things down.
I'm glad that you've decided to replace it. These nice (and savvy) folks on
PCSOFT told me about AVAST! I downloaded the home version for free and
haven't looked back. It updates automatically just about every time I get
on the Internet. Sometimes I have something slip through, but AVAST! always
is able to fix the problem. I just have to remember to scan frequently.
Good luck!
Laurie Lusinski
