Wanda,
*If* Win 98 is the same as Win95, you can open windows explorer and click on
'View / Options' and then click the 'View' tab. You should see an option to
' Hide MS-DOS file extensions for file types that are registered. '
Un-check the box for this option and you should now see all file extensions.
