It *appears* as though it's spyware. If that's the case, any good spyware program should help remove it. Here's a

Every time I reboot my system (I'm running Windows 98) I get an error message that says "Error Loading
C:\WINDOWS\IMAGE\DLL   The system can not find the file specified"  Any suggestions on what to do or how to fix
