If unplug your internet connection, you will be able to run your computer
and the fix. If you do not have the fix, turn your WinXP firewall on and
down load it from Microsoft.

Anne, you may find that the fix and patch will need to be installed in Safe
Mode.  Hitting F8 on the reboot should get into the mode.
