I would recommend you go back to Outlook and download Outlook 98 from
Microsoft when it's available in a few days. It's email is better than
Outlook Express, and the integration is nice. If you do so, just pick "File
| Import and Export..." and your address book data should transfer quite
easily. I'm using Outlook 98 Beta 2, so I can't look at how this works in
Outlook 97, but it's very similar.
Whether or not you make the switch, the function you're looking for is "mail
merge" and it appears quite easy (though I've never done it myself). But I
did check it out just now, and it appears that in Word 97 you just go "Tools
| Mail Merge" and it will walk you through all the steps to get addresses
from Outlook or from Schedule+.
Hope that helps.
