Hi all,

        Recently I've been encountering a problem with Outlook 2000.  Specifically,
when I click on a "mailto:" link in both Outlook and MSIE 5.1 I get a "Can't
create the item" error message.

        Anyone got an idea what the problem is?

        I'm running Win98 on a Compaq with AMD 450M/64M RAM.  I've also done a
"repair" of both my Outlook and Internet Explorer, a "reinstall" of Outlook
and a reinstall (w/o formatting) of Win98.
