CD-RWs, unless they are formatted in UDF (if you can copy new files to the
CD with your favourite file manager, like Windows Explorer or Windows
Commander, it's UDF), may only be erased by a CD burner program.
For Nero 5 (the program I use), there is a menu option "Erase
CD-Rewritable". Your program may have a different name for the option.
