reading Tom Mayer's post, and presuming the file name is "mantispm.exe" a google search threw up a number of hits.

basically it seems to be a e-mail spam blocker  program from "mail frontier desktop (matador)"

NOTE:-- I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PROGRAM AND WHETHER IT IS MALWARE FREE

I would however presume  because of ZA'S warning that the executable file is in your system and would suggest you do a "search" function with the above file name.
