This is only one of a few ways to successfully install OSR2 over Win 3.1x OR
Win 95a.
If you want to covert from FAT16 to FAT32 after upgrading to OSR2, you can
use Microsoft's CVT.EXE program or Partition Magic.  FDISK from ODR2 will do
this if doing a fresh install on a new drive.

Anyone who is interested in additional info on OSR2 should visit Sean
Erwin's site at http://www.compuclinic.com/osr2faq/ .  Everything you ever
wanted to know about OSR2 is there.  If you don't have web access, I could
e-mail the page to you.
