Really?? I have a billion of these type of files on start up. How does
this happen? Drives us crazy!

start >run >msconfig >startup tab >uncheck all non essential programs
The only prigrams that need to run at startup are security programs like
avast, sygate, winpatrol, il system wiper. admuncher.
