I tried what you suggested and it worked....to a point! I have LOTS of
favorites and when I click on them from the toolbar; (I do not have them in
the start menu) so I opened IE, clicked on favorites and a portion of them
popped up; I clicked on the two downward pointing arrows and the entire list
came up, then I did as you suggested, and they all alphabetized! Now for
the strange part......I no longer have my favorites on the left side of the
screen in IE; I can access them only from favorites in the tool bar and when
I click on it, only a portion of Favorites shows, and that portion is still
unalphabetized!!! Also, the list is very wide. Do you have any suggestions
as to how I can the list back to the left side of the screen? There is no
thumbtack to click on when they drop from the toolbar, as there is to make
the list narrower when it shows on the left side of the screen. HELP!

Joy
