Write (or find) a "nearly" blank page and store it on their hard drive.
Change the default (assigned) home page to this file...
Even better if they do a lot of searching and like Google, (with the correct DUN
settings that do not allow automatic dial-outs), is using the advanced Google
Search page (link is for English).

Note: Depending of your e-mail program, you may have to remove the arrows
