The best way to help speed your email coming into your inbox is to access
your account via WebMail (accessing with your WWW software), assuming your
providor has this set up.  Just  quickly delete all the mail with virus
attachments (they are very easy to identify) and fire up your regular
client, Outlook Express, Eudora, etc. and retrieve your mail as normal.
Presently I am getting hit every time I post  with 40-50 messages from a
fellow lister who is on the Verizon.net system....  verizon.net (HELO
BADBOYONE) (68.161.215.78)
Whoever you are, your computer is infected and openly being used as a zombie
by spammers and hackers.  Please disconnect your computer from the internet
and reconnect when you have  fixed your system.  Pretty please!
