The WINDOWS\TEMP folder contains temporary files that your programs use when
installing or running, sometimes some programs "forget" to clean their mess
and you find yourself with lots of megabytes wasted, so it is safe to delete
all its contents.
If you are unsure, you can zip all the files, put the zip file in your
desktop (near the trash can) and work some days to see if all is normal,
then you can delete the zip file fearless.
Hope it helps, excuse my english.

How do I know exactly what to delete from my Windows Temp folder? There are
over 110 MBs of files with dates going back almost 6 months.
