You probably have a corrupted Netscape Profile Database file. This file
is named nsreg.dat and is in C|Windows. With Communicator closed, rename
this file to nsregdat.old. Re-start Communicator. It will ask you to
make a profile. Give it the exact same name as the old one. Netscape
will say that there is already files for this name, do you want to use
them? Select "Yes". I answered your question with this response on 3-21,
did it not work?
