You will want to get the latest virus definition files from Norton.
Install the NAV Software, scan the hard drive, update the definition
files, scan the hard drive again. This way you will catch the virus
right away if it is an older virus that is in the definition files that
came with NAV. If not, it will catch it the second time. As long as
you don't execute the virus file it will not further infect anything.
If all you do is install NAV, update the definition files, and scan the
drive, an existing virus problem should not get any worse.
