Happy New Year to everyone.  I hope someone can help me on this.  Just recently I uninstalled my Norton Systemworks 2002 and replaced it with AVG Free Edition.  The installation process went smoothly as well as updating the software.  After I finished, I proceeded to shutdown my computer, but instead it would only restart.  I have to shutdown my computer manually now.  I don't want to go back to Norton, because it slows down my computer considerably.
Computer Specs as follows:
Pentium 233Mhz MMX
192MB of SDRAM
WIN98 OS
6GB + 2GB Hard Drives
Any suggestions or help would be very much appreciated.  Thank you.
