I believe you can use Nero "imagedrive" utility to do what you want.
I don't have experience with this, only what I've read.
Imagedrive lets you "mount" the image.
Looks like it is like it creates a virtual  drive that you can browse it in
windows explorer.
I had to run "update nero imagedrive" on my computer
then it showed under programs in the Ahead folder.
I have an older version of Nero
