Try deleting your password file from Windows.
Click START -- FIND -- FILES & FOLDERS,
type in: *.pwl
and make sure it is set to search C:\
and all subfolders/subdirectories.
When it finishes, RIGHT-click on the file name and select DELETE.
Do that for every password file listed.
Now REBOOT the pc and hopefully all should be well.
