Is it possible that FAT32 has slowed my pentium 150 with 32 megs (running
Windows 95) from the time I click shutdown to the time I can turn it off?
It used to take 7-10 seconds.
It now takes 13 seconds just to get to "Windows is now shutting down.." and
then another 20 seconds on top of that to get to "It is now safe to turn
off.."
This seems ludicrous to me. There have been no other major software
changes other than the switch to FAT32 and the installation of Norton
Utilities. Any ideas?
Thanks
