Do you get an error message?
If so what exact message?
what version of windows and what internet browser? ie netscape or internet
explorer?
Do you have enough free space on your hard drive? 200 mb or so free?
have you tried right clicking the download link and then selecting "save
target as" (internet explorer)?

For some time, I have been unable to download files from the internet. How
