   I have just had the same problem with customer computer, and it had me
stumped for a while, because it also had a printing problem from any windows
software except from the HP toolbox test (HP Deskjet 820c), then the invalid
page fault in windows also appeared. I thought the problems were
coincidental but not related. I instructed the customer by phone to remove
Corel Suite and reinstall, and do the same with the printer sotfware, but
the problem was still there. Also Windows 98 was reinstalled with no
results. I got to the machine and repeated the procedures, just in case.
Nothing!!!. I removed everything again, but this time downloaded the latest
printer driver from HP and it did the trick!!!. Everything is working fine
now, and I have a very happy customer and one more lesson for my bag of
tricks. Try It.
