For Award BIOS setup, the key press is normally the <Delete> key - which
is pressed just after the initial messages show on the screen and the
memory test starts to spool up.

In some other BIOS brands, pressing the function key <F8> does the trick
at about the same spot during the initial messages.

Let us know what works for you.
