It seems that MS has three versions floating around now...
95B osr2.0, the old new version (????)
95B osr2.1, added support for the USB (plus other minor[?] upgrades)
95B osr2.5, added IE 4.01

Apparently the vendors have decided to call this newest 95C but it
doesn't seem like MS is making a distinction.
