Very sporadically, IE 6 changes my e-mail messages to UTF-8 unicode. On several occasions I've had e-mail sent to PCBUILD or PCSOFT sent back by moderators because the message was in code.  I do not change the setting which is on the "View" menu under "encoding".  Has anyone had this experience, and know how to keep it from happening?  I am using Win Me.
