Try again, I just tried it and it moved my open programs to the right next
to the taskbar, and my launch bar next to the start button

Thanks for trying to help but I've already tried this.  The cursor changes
to a double pointed arrow on this raised vertical line but I can't drag it
anywhere.  It's fixed and won't move.

Any more suggestions??
