  Subject: [PCSOFT] Downloads

The window that announces a download and asks what I want to do with it has disappeared. I haven't changed any settings to my knowledge, but in my last 50 downloads I have seen the window asking whether I want to open it or save it to disk only once. I am running W98. Would appreciate any guidance. Thanks in advance

Hi Jeanette,
i never see that window when i download a zip-file that always opens rigth after downloading in my unzip programme, so i acn unzip it right away and save it where i want it to be. Maybe you jsut downloaded zo-files onyl except fro the one time when you saw that window!? Think that started with some IE 6 Service pack, but don't know when exactly.
hope it helps
