I've started getting popup messages for things like antivirus 2009, registrydefender and a few other things.  those two seem to be the most frequent and the others appear somewhat randomly.  Both want me to download software, which I know better.

Obviously I've gotten infected with something, but how do I find out? and what do I do to remove it? 

Scanned several times with McAfee and they find nothing.
