Every time I turn my computer on, a message appears as follows:
"Application failed to initialize: 0X800106ba. A problem caused Windows Defender Service to stop. To start the service, restart your computer or search Help & Support on how to start a service manually".
I have tried restarting my computer, but this does not take care of the problem; the same message appears. My problem is I cannot find where it instructs one to start a service manually. If anyone can resolve this problem for me, I would be most grateful.
