According to NIC folks  198.53.192.88 belongs to www.yorkville.com out of
Ottawa.  A trace says there are on the iStar International Network.
The big question is -- is the communication outbound or inbound.  If
outbound check on any programs you have that may have come from them, etc,
etc.  If inbound then you could be getting probed for some reason. Perhaps
an email to the admin below can help.  Also check with your ISP to see if
they use them in some capacity.
