I submitted this several weeks ago and have not received a response -
perhaps I will have better luck the second time.

I have Outlook Expresss 6.0 and discovered that I apparently have no Help
File. Every time I click on it (Contents and Index), I get no response.
Nothing shows up. I have tried accessing microsoft.com but can't seem to
find a replacement download for the lost file or anyway I might reactivate
it. Their material is a little too technical for me. I had a similar problem
with the Windows Help file and was able to get a copy from someone to
install on the computer. Any suggestions? Thanks.
