Please, can someone tell me how to get this to load without having to
create a new user profile every time.  I cannot keep bookmarks,
addresses or anything.  I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it.  I
down loaded it using MIE and Netscape's page said there was some problem
with doing that so I downloaded it again using Netscape and reinstalled
it again.  Still it won't let me load it until I create a new user
profile everytime.
