How do I eliminate programs running in the background on Windows 2000.  On
Windows 98 I usually have explorer and systray running.  I can go to
Start\Programs\Accessories\Systems Tools\System Information, and click on
the start up tab in Windows 98 to stop Windows from loading up
programs.  How can I do this with 2000.
