This might not be the best solution, but may help with webmail or other web
page.
When you're using a browser and the print is too small,
hold the Control key down and roll the mouse wheel forward.
Each click forward makes it a little larger, backward makes it smaller.
Quick and easy. Works with my Internet Explorer and Chrome browsers.
