First play the movie thru your browser.
If you can't download and save the file as Mark has suggested, open your
browser cache folder. In IE it will be named "Temporary Internet
Files" and if you click on "Tools/Internet Options/Settings/View contents"
the folder will open and you will see all the separate files that you have
been browsing on the Net.
Look through the list and see if you can recognise the movie file. It will
probably have a .wmv or .wmf extension, or possibly .mpg.
You can't play or view the file direct from the cache folder, but if you
copy and paste or drag and drop any file out of the cache into another
folder of your choice, you will then be able to play/view it.
