I recently downloaded IE 6.0 and have a problem.  If I sign on to my ISP and
use it, it is fine.  But if I exit out of IE and then start it up again, I
get

        The Page cannot be displayed

and at the bottom of the page it indicates

        Cannot find server or DNS

If I restart Windows, IE works fine again.  I have gone into Add/Remove
Programs and tried repairing it but that didn't fix the problem.

I am stumped.  Has anyone else had this problem and would know how to fix
it?
