Users need tools such as CleanSweep for the simple reason that most
Uninstall options do an extremely poor job of removing themselves from
your system after an install, especially regarding .dll's and registry
entries, and some programs fail to come with Uninstall options at all.
Couple that fact with MS's joke called Add/Remove Programs, and you then
see the need for standalone Uninstaller programs, such as CleanSweep.
